Yes, absolutely. All our materials comply with the strictest European standards and are certified for direct food contact. Your coffee or other food products remain completely safe while being perfectly protected against moisture and aroma loss.

Yes, sustainability is a key priority for us. We offer fully recyclable packaging (e.g., PE/PE structures) prepared for PPWR regulations. We can also produce paper-based packaging and compostable alternatives. We will be happy to recommend the best solution for your brand.

Our pouches (both Doypack and Flat Bottom) can be equipped with practical features according to your needs. The most common options include a ZIP closure (for easy resealing), a degassing valve (essential for freshly roasted coffee, allowing gases to escape while preventing air from entering), and a Euro hole (for easy hanging in retail stores).

All packaging is manufactured directly in the Czech Republic.

We preferably accept artwork files in PDF format. To ensure correct bleed and safe zone settings, please use our prepared print templates available in the Print Templates section. Colors must be set in CMYK mode and all text converted to outlines.

Absolutely! Our graphic design team can assist you with prepress preparation, minor adjustments, or a complete packaging design from scratch. Simply get in touch and we will discuss the details.

Before serial production begins, we provide an electronic proof (PDF preview) for final approval. If you have specific color requirements, we can also arrange a physical proof on your chosen material for a small fee, giving you complete confidence that the colors will match your expectations.

Starting a printing and production line requires complex technical processes, which is why we do not offer very small quantities with custom printing. However, we can send you our sample pack or examples of previous projects so you can evaluate the premium quality of our printing and finishing firsthand.

Thanks to modern printing technologies, we can produce custom printed packaging starting from relatively low volumes (typically from 1,000 pcs, depending on pouch type and size). For specialized technologies, we will provide an exact minimum quantity based on your inquiry.

The standard lead time for custom printed packaging is 3–5 weeks from final artwork approval. Thanks to our manufacturing facilities in the Czech Republic, we can often offer significantly faster delivery than many competitors. The exact timeline will be confirmed during the ordering process.

The price of custom printed packaging depends on pouch size, material type (standard vs. recyclable), add-ons (ZIP closure, valve), and most importantly the order quantity. Unit prices decrease significantly with higher volumes.
