1. How can I order custom-printed packaging?
You can order printed packaging via our online form on the website, or you can send us an email with your requirements.
2. Are all of your products recyclable?
We offer a range of different materials. If you would like recyclable packaging, a recyclability symbol is included with each product.
3. How do I seal the bags?
You will need a heat welder. Each bag is sealed to a different temperature and time depending on the thickness and composition of the material.
4. Can I get custom-sized packaging tailored to my needs?
Yes, if you meet the minimum quantity for the technology, then it is possible to get customized packaging.
5. What file format is required for the artwork?
We prefer files like PDF, AI, or EPS. It is important that the files are of sufficient quality for printing, i.e. at least 300 DPI.
6. Do you offer quantity discounts?
Yes, for most products the quantity discounts are directly displayed. If you are ordering more than 10,000 pieces, please contact us individually.
